As for shares, I've said this before I'd imagine shares in a non profit making football with club with minimal assets are worth next to nothing in real terms.
Just to point out that the shares are not in Doncaster Rovers football club. They are in the Club Doncaster conglomerate, which includes the Community Sports and Education Foundation as well as the leases of the stadium and the Cantley training ground,

Has anyone on here heard about any potential investors ?
Serious investors not random names like Mike Ashley’s future son in law and Lord Kirkham, serious investors

Was told be a very credible gent a month ago, that there are 4 interested parties, but only 1 name was mentioned which was Eco Power. Just how serious remains to be seen.

Eco Power group with a total equity of £5m and who made an £800k loss last year. If that's the calibre of takeover bid I'll have a crack myself!

I want change and I want it as soon as possible but I really don't want to go from the frying pan to the fire.

If that's true then they won't even be considered. And then the current owners will get more shit thrown at them for not selling!

If those trading figures are correct I think we’ll soon be looking for a new club sponsor with a new name to the stadium!

We do not want EcoPower to take over, from what Ive heard their business model isn't the best and very short term.

It really doesn’t matter what ‘we’ want, it’s out of our hands - much like the current Chairman’s position at the moment!

The vast majority want him gone, but he’s still very much there and I’m not really sure who has the power to remove him! The only person I could see telling him his time is up would be TB, but they’re ex colleagues, so the circus continues.

There are various ways he could be removed. As a shareholder a call on him to pay for his allocated shares would work but this assumes he has not paid for them already. He could be removed as a Director by a majority decision of the shareholders. Or he could be voted off the board by his fellow directors at a board meeting. All of these depend upon the wording of the company memorandum and articles of association though. It should be remembered that the directors are appointed by the shareholders who are effectively above them in authority although often one and the same.
I doubt there is a will at director / shareholder level for any of this to happen mind.
As has been observed already it is apparent that Mr..Blunt is somewhat dissinterested in DRFC and I suspect he would welcome a way out anyway.

Does anyone think that in reality TB would sell to someone like Eco? Do they meet his idea of suitable owners? I think not

No I don’t either. I can’t pretend to know a lot about eco power, but they don’t have many glowing references do they?
