I would like all the 28 people who voted NO to explain why?

I think for them it is the simplistic view the DS has gotten the most out of these players he can. He hasn't, but that doesn't mean the squad doesn't need improving.

It is simplistic because it ignores the change of direction in our footballing vision that is needed. A lot of these players are still here next season and will still not be suitable for this unworkable system.

To add to that,

There has been no evidence from Schofield's interviews that he genuinely understands what is required for success in this league.

Even if he did, he does not have the minerals in order to motivate a group of players to deliver consistency and success in such a way.

The matches v Grimsby A won 3-1 and Carlisle H won 2-0 show to me we have players at this club that as a team can win Football matches in League 2.
If we produced that quality consistently we would challenging for the top 3 never mind top 7.
We also played well v Stevenage H lost 1-0 & Swindon A won 2-1 although Swindon didn’t turn up that day.

But that is it, even the other wins we had we were far from convincing performances.
The football is slow, turgid, defensive and without any conviction.
No of of chances created ave per game must be the lowest in this league.
Is it any wonder we score so few goals.

If Schofield thinks he has improved the players individually or as a team based on what we have all witnessed then he is living in cloud cuckoo land.
The team has gone backwards at an alarming rate over the last few weeks. It’s so obvious DS has lost the players confidence completely.

If Copps thinks sticking with this guy is the right move then I am really worried.
Does Copps seriously think DS has the managerial ability to achieve success playing this style of football?

Not a whisper from the Club. NOT ONE.
WHERE IS BLUNT.  Chairman, he is having a laugh.
Going to dump all the blame on this shambles on Copps.  Disgrace.

I can't see us picking up another point this season but no doubt we'll fluke a draw or a win somewhere. We managed to scrape a few points together in 97-98 but I think the likes of Adie Mike, Prince Moncrieffe, Paul Birch and Mike Smith managed to average more shots on goal than we're getting in the Schofeball system.

I’m gobsmacked he hasn’t been sacked already, i thought saturdays farce would have been the final straw. Goes to show how bothered those in charge of the club are.

Here I am again, Camps, Mr Pedantry. You've got the scores against Carlisle and Swindon the wrong way around. It was 2-1 against Carlisle and 2-0 against Swindon.
