National League poser

Posted this on Scunthorpe thread but no takers yet


Was assuming they had 6 games to go and might get out of relegation but looking at Fixtures they have 5 for a Season total of 45


In a 24 Team League they should play 46 of course. So I looked at Wrexham Notts County Yeovil Gateshead and many others and they all add up to 45


There are still 24 Teams listed so what am I missing ?


The only thing I can think of is they all "lost" a Fixture when the Queen died and they were never rescheduled ?

JT, the bbc sport site shows Scunny as having played 41 and as having five fixtures to play in April.
Gateshead played 38 and 8 to play.
Wrexham played 40 and six to play.
Etc etc etc.
We’re you looking at an out of date league table perhaps.

They can look forward to derbies against Banbury, Gloucester & Leamington Spa who are already there.
