Saw this on Twitter from Paul EmbreyAs I have said before, we should all stand against blatant hypocrisy in politics. The truth is that senior Labour figures said little when John Bercow was exposed as a serial bully. In fact, some of them conspired to keep him in post. Why? Because they knew he was on their side.
I despise bullies. I have been the victim of work place bullying myself. But I do think there is something in what Raab said about a low bar being set. Bullying accusations are becoming more and more frequent throughout society, and I can see it being a problem in government for years to come, for all parties. It’s yet another example of how broken this country is.

I would imagine that we've all had a work experience where we've got on the wrong side of a senior manager who expects his underlings to work as hard and have the same attitude as themselves. If the opposite is true then a state of tension will prevail.Rabb apparently works 14 hour days, vary rarely switches off and has an attention to detail that most would find suffocating. If this type of individual comes into contact on a regular basis with civil servants who are not made of the same cloth and are more preoccupied with ensuring they can continue to work from home and basically toss it off when at work then someone is going to get shouted at on a regular basis. But lets sack the workaholic because what this country needs just now is even less attention to detail!!
