According to Jeremy Hunt he is 'comfortable' with a recession if it brings down inflation.

I wonder if he will still be saying the same when people are loosing their jobs and unable to pay their mortages in the run-up to an election. But the city moneymen eh...

A recession is fab for people to buy houses, businesses, land etc on the cheap and sell again as the cycle gets to boom. Has happened since.... You'd almost think boom and bust was intentional.

Is he comfortable because that's what we've got Wilts or going to get ?

Bet your life there will be endless examples of him saying we won't go into recession ( maybe a technical recession ) but now gaslighting as usual
