How did Joe Ironside play in that first half ?

His best performance to date, good half from him that.

Not great. For someone who likes to play with his back to goal he doesn't really hold the ball up very well.

Dont know what is worse the defending or the shite commentator

The commentators voice is a hard listen.

Can't coment on before Tom went off because only walked in the house from work then, but since then we have looked 2nd best, Jack senior has been poor, gave the ball away for their goal very cheaply and has had some stray passes since.
We have looked like the away side.

But we have scored and just need them to come back out and settle down

Poor play from Senior for the goal conceded,we was pressing and he just turned and strolled backwards and the Mansfield player nipped over and took it off him.

They seem to have worked us out in the last half of that half. Playing around us with impunity really.  We’ve got to wake up and be more aware all over the pitch.

Apart from that stunning goal, we’ve been second best. We desperately need some quality in midfield. We look very ordinary!

We’ve created a few very good chances.
Playing probably one of the top 3 sides in the division. Been much better today

It’s like watching U21 against a men’s team. We get bullied in every game.

There may be some positive signs, from what some are saying,  but this sounds to be far from the kind of performance we had been expecting when Grant arrived. What's gone wrong?

There is simply no control in midfield. We can’t strong a series of passes together and control the game. It’s frustrating to watch. Mansfield look a way better side as they spray passes around

Probably because they are still learning what he wants from them. Alongside it’s a completely new team. Mansfield have been building for several years.

A good point. Yes, some elements of the performance were concerning but a massive improvement on Saturday.

We are definitely lacking in midfield, not sure what’s going on in there.

Reasonable result, always disappointing not to win at home. The problem in the midfield needs to be sorted out, wide open in there.
