I spent a year of my life in Bosnia. (FYR)
Two six month spells. Summer 95 and winter 97,
And six months in Pristina . 99
Beautiful countries. But there is something very hard wired and troublesome in the Balkan people. Something un fettered and violent.
People squabble on here about left and right politics. And religion.
In Balkan states they just shoot each other over such in differences.

Tito played a huge role in the issues with his divide and conquer politics giving the Volvodnia and Kosovo Autonomy from Serbia, gave the Shiptari the upper hand and led to a lot of Serbs being displaced, interestingly this has kicked off in the Autumn, the Shiptari have very little Natural water and rely on supplies from a Dam in South Serbia, points to somebody causing issues when water is more readily available.
