Poor form, people making up their own acronyms and assuming others will all be on the same wavelength as them.  Just plain lazy, can't be arsed to write a few words.

It is for the ones who've managed to exploit it to the max!

Exploit? For a lot of people it's just common sense.

In our business we've had people exploit this concession, in our case if your not immediately contactable and able to respond to issues straight away then your not pulling your weight and your causing a problem as someone else has to deal with it.

Not great when it's you!

If you are paid to WFH and are not available when paid to be available, I would suggest that that is a management problem.

What if someone is on another call, gone to the toilet or having a lunch break.

Don't use me as an excuse for yet another failure to answer a question. Hound asked you a question based on your opinion.

The last time I responded to you on here was after you said my statement, which was actual fact, was untrue. I'm still waiting for you to tell me what was untrue about it, and until then, I suggest you don't use my name in any of your posts.
