Bowie at Top Rank with Ziggy Stardust Tour was excellent , much better than Aladdin Sane Tour also in Donny

Lindisfarne I saw twice in a few days Sheffield City Hall where I bought a Ticket on the night , even though I was going to see them at London Coliseum a few days later. Genesis were support band with Peter Gabriel in his foxes head days

But Queen at NEC Birmingham still is my all time favourite . Massive and wish I had been a superfan and seen them repeatedly.

Not everyone’s cup of tea but I saw Eminem and the remaining members of D12 at V Fest back in 2011.

In my experience Hip Hop rarely works live, it's a genre for DJs to play.

I saw De La Soul headline with Electronic at Heaton Park when 3 Feet High and Rising was doing so well. Bernard and Johnny Marr were pretty good but De La Soul, absolutely shocking. One of the worst I've ever seen. Love the album still though.

I know what you mean. I think it was mainly due to the fact it was his first performance in England for 6 years.

Saw Johnny Marr at Leadmill a few years ago. Outstanding.

Saw Frank Black at the Leadmill a couple of times. Absolutely superb.

Worst band I ever saw there were the Bluetones. Slight Return and Marblehead Johnson were great but the rest of the set was Roll Out the Barrel stuff.

I do remember going to see Prevention once

They were better than The Cure
