Thanks for your time. We move on. Think GM might look at getting another forward in now

Just don’t see the point when he’s playing games and getting experience.

What’s he going to do, go sit on a L1 bench?

Very lazy out of possession and took an absolute age to get the ball under control and make a decision on what to do with it.
Took his goals well though and not a disaster loan.

Will this free up some budget for another permo signing?

Wouldnt be suprised to see him back at another league 2 club, and probably bag 1 against us.

Whats WBA reason for it? Because it wont be that they need him for tge 1st team

It was faal’s decision.
Going to another club, probably a league 2 side

Really his decision? Always thought he seemed to be enjoying his time at the club. What changed that?

Just watched grant talk about it on twitter (X). Mo said he wanted to stay as they talked after Peterborough game. On Thursday grant got miss calls from his agents. Friday Mo said he wanted to leave, didn’t say anything and walked out the office. What a prick

My lad just messsaged me that. Good riddance I say then.

With Waters and Carty coming in he probably saw that he won't fit GMs preferred system.
Maybe GM was asking him to do stuff that's not in his game, like pressing defenders quickly.

That would explain his drop off in performances the last 4 or 5 games

Shock horror.
Is your lad with inside knowledge? No.
Imagine a young footballer wanting to better his career after being played out of position recently.

Just watched GM's interview about it. Gotta say Faal has acted like a prick on this one. Didnt even discuss his change of mind from after saying he wanted to stay after the peterbrough game to jusr saying im off.
Even grant said to him that i suppose your going to a league 1 club and he just didnt answer him. Sounds like another league 2 side to me.

Even WBA was happy for him to stay her

Can't grumble at him, we aren't going to challenge and he'll know if there's other options that he may think are better.

He's a loanee not a lad from Doncaster, can't expect much different. If we were third in the table I'd complain but we aren't.

He had a good run, not a disastrous signing, but also a player who's been very poor the last month or so, maybe he didn't want to be here, that might make sense.

You absolute tosser IR. He let me know so I just put it on here for the ones that maybe don’t have twitter/x like me.
Why can’t people just be thankful or not say anything rather than be condescending.

Careful Thorney you might get criticised for comments like that just as I did

There are only 4 worse moves he could make in the football league. If he thinks he can go and play his way into any of the 87 clubs above us then good luck to him. Why should we expect him to play in this shower of sh!t team because he is playing games?

In fairness he's as culpable as his team mates.  He's cost us quite a few goals at times (Mansfield).

Good player and seemed to be a nice lad, good with media and so on… however If what Grant has just said on radio Sheffield is true, that is poor from all who have advised him.

Not for leaving that is his, his agent or WBA choice, but to do it in the manner he has, is disrespectful to Grant and DRFC who have given him this spotlight.

F**k him. Good riddance if he doesn’t want to play for us. Don’t need characters like that.

Let’s face it he’s far too good for us at the moment, if someone has offered him a better opportunity fair enough, you just want him to be honest about it.

He really isn't far too good for us. Proper lazy Kitson who did f**k all out of possession.

The club has given him his first stint in mens football in the efl. Probably got more game time than what was ever expected. Was loved by the fanbase. Seemed to get on very well with his fellow teamates.
His parent club will be over the moon with this first half of the season. Its seasons like this can toughen a player up.
If i was WBA i would be pissed at him. He has literally said when the going gets tough "i'll down tools and f**k off instead of rolling up the sleeves and turning it around".

If he wanted to leave or wasnt happy then he could of done the honest thing and sat down with the manager and had a proper conversation about it

I hope for him he doesnt go to another league 2 club and flop.

Firstly I wouldn’t blame some people if they boo him if he comes up against us. To show disrespect that he has shown.

Obviously felt unappreciated when he sees McCann bringing in new forwards . McCann clearly has not got ALL the players on his side !!

Clubs now do a lot of due dilligence when signing a player..I hope for his sake his career gets to a stage where that matters for him..personally I think he was overated and don't expect him to be anything other than a lower league player anyway.
