Normally the pitch looks in great condition but I said to my young friend today it's starting to look very patchy in places. It can't be anything to do with the Dons at this stage, as posters usually claim, in my opinion

Also, did it need those sprinklers on before the match and at half time.

The weather has shredded pitches all over the country recently; I've never seen this number of non league postponements. The North West Counties put joke postponement reasons out last week (postponed due to The Battle of Trafalgar was my favourite) due to amount of times they've had to put waterlogged pitch recently.

True, the pitch is very bobbly at the moment but we are coming into the growing season so hopefully, we'll see a gradual improvement with more daylight hours and tlc
