No one, apart from Hoden who should know better as the MEDIA manager, persistently calls “Rovers” Don-cas-ter Rovers”. Where does he get this from?

I read, in the Free Press, I think, that they try to maintain  a semblance of balance.  Even Peter Catt used to do it. I find it grates

Salford 1 nil down to Mansfield, now on equal points with us. With our game in hand, there's a chance for us to get ahead of them

We're in control according to the commentary team. What do people there think?

Yes in control but haven’t created too much apart from the goal. Good shot by Ironside. I like the look of Matt Craig. They’ve had a couple of dangerous crosses so far but not much else

Playing very well. We are everywhere fighting for the ball, playing creative passes, getting really stuck in. Really enjoyable to watch.

Thanks for those reports, good to hear. Seems we're now getting the McCann team we expected to see. Frustrating not to be there

First time that I’ve seen them live since last season. We look so much more like a proper team v last year!

More important Wimbledon have 0 shots on target to Rovers 3, that is the real sign of improvement.
