Long time leader's of National League North ( or Division 6 as I call it ) they have now been losing ground to Tamworth 12 points behind with a game in hand Scunny got hammered 4-0 at Darlo so are 12 points behind with just 9 games left . Same number of games now and a GD of 10 behind TamworthFurther they could lose 2nd spot to Chorley and there are good Teams in the Lottery that is the Playoffs incl Chester and HerefordNot a pretty place to be in

It seems rather pleasing that they are still in a good position to get promoted - though perhaps you have reason to believe that they will now tail off completely.
Sad demise for York I seem to recall they were always tier 2/3 in the past!

No , it was the closest EFL Ground to me being 200 yards nearer than Rovers Ground but I wouldn't watch them. I've fancied a couple of games supporting the opposition but that would put money in their coffersThey are now the closest League 6 Club to my house and look like they have blown Auto Promo and then anything can happen in Play offsIf they do go up their hard long haul back will start then
What about Kingstonian? They ended up being royally shafted when their owner sold the ground and they ended up being lodgers there to Wimbledon.
And don't forget Rushden & Diamonds .... enough ammo for a small book there
Remember going to the 3-1 losing at halftime then Rovers took them apart. Duerden hat trick I think, and first signs Rovers seemed to be on the way back despite a lowly league position
Aye we were 1 down at half time to a Steve Nicol own goal.We gave their goalie, a huge American bloke, some stick in the second half and he went to pieces.
They were still in the conference when we played them in the FA Cup. The winners got to play Leeds in the next round. Lost 4-1 I think after having Hume sent off early on.We did get revenge by beating them there though later on was it 3-1 in the league. The Rushden story was never gonna end well. Just not a big enough catchment area.
