Still looking for somebody who can put a decent website together

As it says in the subject, we're still looking for somebody who is proficient at putting websites together.

We have a project up and running which needs a decent website. We're using specific software for this project but we need someone who is a DRFC supporter that can understand why we need to do things a certain way.

Its a very interesting project and we already have about 10-12 people on board, but a decent web developer would be great!
