The last 5 years
« on April 11, 2024, 01:08:24 pm by JonWallsend »
My son has just informed me that ove the last 5 years we sit 3rd top of the most losses league on 98. Birmingham  are top with 103 and Reading are in second on 99. Now I don't know where  he's got this from, if it takes into account games played ( I assume not with  the premier  league) or if indeed it is accurate, but it sounds about  right.

What it does tell me is how important  this latest run of 10 wins in 14, and only one defeat, including winning  7 on the spin has been in uplifting  the mood of every one connected with the club.

I am generally  a positive  person ' a happy clapper' if you will, but perhaps I didn't  realise how bad we'd  become. I think irrespective  of how this season maps out and the play offs remain a very difficult target., I am a bit giddy at seeing us do so well and think that at last we have a club back on the right lines.

On to Saturday, hopefully 8 in a row and a bit more giddiness.
