Heres another possibility which is really simple.
 
Instead of singing "everywhere we go, watching Super Donny, putting on a show" over and over, alternate the words by using players names then back to Super Donny again.

As an example,
"Everywhere we go, Hakeem Adelakun, turning on the magic"
The same tune works for many of the players names as well
