I am so glad somebody has made a post for Big T. Each sub could all have been MOTM today. I was saying to my Dad at HT that this game was crying out for Biggins. We were desperate for some energy in midfield and in that I thought we would pick up more 2nd balls and win the ball higher up which is what got us the pen. Going back to Tom..... I dont want to come accross as though I am being dramatic but, in my head I feel like I watched a man posessed today. Playing perfect through balls and almost getting on the end of one into the box he gave me belief that if we equalized we would go onto win. Most of the time the team you want to win, in situations like today, lose the game but, those 4 subs whether he wants to take credit or not, was a true masterclass from GM and the players were totally there for it. They felt the moment and just took the game from Barrow. I will say it again, if we don't make it, I will still feel like I have my club back.

Loved how he basically ordered Rowe where to go before the pass

He played an equally good and similar pass just before that. I am not sure where it came from with Tom, he came on and dominated the game- I mean wtf? He hasn’t been the Tom we know for a couple of years(although great of late) but today was also not a Tom I’ve seen before, it was like a big time prem player came on, such was his level above the rest. Love it.

Tom must have been itching to get back on since his sending off.

Won us the game with his cameo.

Well done big lad.

maybe time to give Olowu a rest and Anderson back in or move to the 3-5-2 like we did today with Big Tom as the defensive midfielder

Olowu dropped/rested are you mad?
He is the legs in the centre of that defence
He's been oustanding since he came in

In a word NO

We have gone on this 16 game sequence with 12 wins and 3 draws with a flat back 4

Yes GM changed it on around 60 mins today to a 3 CB’s but to be honest Anderson was playing as an attacking midfielder for much of the last 30 mins.

Stick to what has worked and if it doesn’t work as in the 1st half today then change formation, personnel if that’s what is needed.
As for Olowu he has been fantastic in the last 7/8 games or whatever it’s been.
He has legs to cover for Wood.
Tom will just have to be a super sub.  This team doesn’t need a roving Maldini does it. Well it helped in the latter stages today, I will have to concede that.

It’s a squad game these days and Grant utilised his lads brilliantly today.

This is a squad that doesn’t know how to lose. It wasn’t long ago we had a squad that didn’t know how to win.
Team spirit, leadership, grit, determination, and an underlying belief and a will to win.
That’s what we have now. That’s a recipe for success.
2012/13 all over again. This team with a couple of additions could achieve big things in League 1

Can we sign TLT, Craig & Haka ?  If not has GM got some similar irons in the fire.
