no way we f**k this up from here - we're staying south of the river in Vauxhall on the Satdi night - where's everyone else heading for if they're staying in town - curry and beers required.....

What I do know if we get there is that I’m sitting with the great unwashed. Behind the goal - low down.

I’d rather not tempt fate and mention the W place, I can think it but no mention

you make it sound as if there's an option which might not involve sitting with the great unwashed

I'm sorry lads. I'm superstitious but I did it. Booked flights from Dublin to Gatwick and out of Heathrow Sunday evening. F it. Could be double the price next weekend. €230.  Just in case, I'm going to put €10 or €20 on Crewe to win the second leg at 16/1 to cover my wallet in case of a bottle job

What time is your return flight?  I ask because the KO time for the play off final hasn't been determined yet!

That's just changed tonight then - less than an hour ago the KO was showing as TBD.

EFL confirmed this on their website two days ago for League One (4.15pm) and League Two (1pm) but not for Championship (TBD).

Why 1pm I wonder. Not a great time that.

Final round of EPL games are at 4pm that day. It’s a TV timing decision.

I had been looking at the BBC website.

It was always going to be either 1pm or 6pm to avoid clashing with the PL fixtures.

It’s 1pm.

Looked up before I booked. Decent time for me. Have to give time in case of penalties. Flying back at 8.10

Did you see the Crewe San Diego flag in their end? Would have been good if we'd had one too!

1pm… clearly EFL couldn’t care less about if a team from up north makes it to the final.

5am's a lie in for me! Normally 2-4am. 1 pm perfect - it will be a midnight special.

Remember Peterborough last season 4-0 up after first leg play off.
It’s nice to dream but we still have a game to play to get through.

Think I’ll stop at the Premier Inn by The Cheswold on the Saturday night rather than get up at ridiculous o’clock, hit traffic, road works or an over turned potato wagon & have to ‘short cut it’ through ploughed fields with the sat nav urging ‘Turn back where possible’!!
