Finally I feel like we actually have a real plan to our transfers.
Previously we were hanging round to see what was left and inevitably a number of thise were good players with injury issues, or older players etc.
Now it seems we are acting quick and with intent. The players we are signing are all a 'good age' mid twenties etc but plenty of experience, which also means not hampered by injury.
Seem to be signing players that others want to sign or don't want to lose.
Giving 2yr deals with club having option of third is great business, gives us next season to get to L1 then a year to see how they fair at that level and take the option.
Overall great so far, trimming the squad numbers but replacing with quality who will be available.
TB clearly backing GM, things are looking up!
