England vs Netherlands gambling question…..
« on July 11, 2024, 05:00:48 pm by Draytonian III »
…. I had a bet on the match for both teams to score and each team to receive over 2 cards, Netherlands had 3 cards and so did England, but Trippier was booked in the 90+4th minute for unsportsmanlike behaviour after he had been substituted but the final whistle hadn’t gone. Anyone know the official ruling on this ?

I would assume it’s because he’d been subbed and therefore his card wouldn’t count for the bet

I thought that, but if had a yellow card in the previous match would he be banned for the next match, or if he had been cautioned when he was on the field, would of it counted as a 2nd yellow, therefore being sent off

Its still a booking, so therefore you should be paid out.

Depends on the bookie and how they classify bets

Thanks for the input/help folks, it was placed on a terminal not on an online account.
I checked on Flashscores and it shows Trippier’s booking there

Read the companies rules. They are all online. Usually cards to players currently on the pitch count.

Saw the title of this thread and thought Toney had been up to his old tricks again

I was going off the match facts, via the television commentary and off Flashscores saying that the booking is during the game

It was in the second half after he was subbed off.

I know he was subbed off then booked, I’ve already mentioned that, because it said it on the commentary and it states it on Flashscores . This point is the reason for this thread

Why not try to cash your bet in you'll know then?

I don’t have an online account, I always use a shop terminal
