I hate to be a moaning Minnie, but I've been trying for almost a week now to buy an International Season Pass from the club, but it is virtually impossible to contact anyone. I'd be quite willing to phone dirext from the US where I live, but I can't even find a phone number. Could anyone snd me a phone # or an email address -- also it's impossible to even Log in to the official site, which needs verifications, but that is malfunctioning I missed a lot of games and game time because of IFollow technical issuesover the years, so one would have though that such minor irritants could been sorted out by now, particularly in the context that we are in the midst of possitive changes, and out club's future seems brighter than it has been for many years.

Good Morning SOD, RoversInSpain and Canadian Rover.

Help! No matter how I try I can't get the verification/purchase system to work in order to buy the International Season Pass. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Here are the steps (missteps) T took:

4 Available subscription packages appear

When clicking upon Option 3 (180 pounds sterling) to purchase the Rovers Plus International 24/25 option, a line appears that states “You Must be logged in to purchase.”

But rather than the appearance of any option to log on, instead several confusing options appear at the right of the page:

“At this point two of my old email addresses appear, but the log in system does not recognise them. And to compound the problem, no verification codes have appeared. BTW, whereabouts in Canada are you? I'm north of Boston, in New Hampshire. Here's hoping you can help chaps -- if not, is there anyone at the club who could help?

Going back a little while (couple of months perhaps), did you re register on the Rovers website (not the Ticket site) when it changed to Urban Zoo platform?
This password consisted of your email address and a chosen password.
Can you  currently log in or sign into the website using this password?
Have you downloaded the app, once downloaded can you log in using the password above?
If you can do both of those things you should thenbe ok
If not then the email address if you have a problem is reception@clubdoncaster.co.uk

Canadian, I had to use the contact us option at the bottom of the website to ask the club to reset my password. They responded very quickly and I’m now able to log in
