RIP Animal, a proper footballer, hard as nails. I have loads of memories of him including scoring a 25 yard free kick 27th of December 1980 vs Tranmere, it was early in the second half, towards the town end.

Very sad news indeed , a real hero of mine too , hard as nails but he could play too .

There isn't anybody in the game in the modern era who could have sorted Alan out , absolutely nobody .

Great memories and that drop ball on a Friday night game v Huddersfield when he went through ball and man is my lasting memory of the one only Alan Little.
