Nothing but praise for the club Doncaster model

 Tomorrow marks a huge day for club Doncaster. Opening day of the season for the Rovers and a few short hours later, The Dons have one of the biggest games of the season to the much fancied French outfit Toulouse. I will be in attendance for both games as I follow them both and have done for many many years.

I was down at the ticket office only a few hours ago and Tracey has been at it all day, she was exhausted as all the staff have been. They will all be back tomorrow to put in another mammoth shift tomorrow to ensure the sporting fans of both clubs enjoy the entertainment on offer. The communication about the games and the catering offerings has been excellent. I think whether a rovers or dons fan tomorrow, everyone should just stop and think of how much an undertaking it is tomorrow to feature both fixtures on the same day, not many other clubs could pull it off. A huge thanks to all concerned on what will be a big day for both clubs......under the banner of one club and one city........Doncaster. proud as punch!

Had to bring this thread back to the top. A rovers and Dons double. What a day for everyone concerned with CD. Absolutely buzzing right now. Two brilliant teams on show and it's worth mentioning that it's great that the Belles are now back at the Eco power full time. Great times ahead for Doncaster Sport.

Been at both games today. It’s been an amazing day. Rovers are going to do some damage in this league. Dons were superb against second placed Toulouse. Buzzing!!!
