Sam Hird works for PFA as a Player Services Executive, what ever that is, Dean Furman does as well. There’s quite a few older names on there, Baz Savage, Scott McCleish, Ritchie Humphreys . Just Google PFA , Paul Raven is in another department, in fact head of it.

An Aiden Barlow v Joe Dodoo and John Bostock showdown is currently happening in the National League.

Dodoo came on to replace an injured Solihull player and has subsequently been subbed off injured himself.

Dodoo released by Solihull Moors. You do wonder what kind of life that is for players like him. Playing games all over the place for a bit of cash. Since he left us he has played in the Turkish Cypriot league, Burton Albion, then didn't play for months, and then moonlighted at Solihull Moors at the end of the season. Will probably get half decent cash on short term deals but he is still just about in his 20s and he's jobbing around the leagues trying to find a few quid.

It’s the Dellboy approach…. ‘One day Rodney, One Day, we’ll be playing Premiership Rodney, you wait and see Rodders’ ’

Ebbsfleet United finished rock bottom of the National League last season. He will be playing in National League South, just about a professional level.

They're the old Gravesend & Northfleet aren't they? Weren't they fan owned at one point with everybody supposed to be picking the team and having a vote?

Or have I got the wrong club?

Thank you Roversdude!

I don't know any details but presumably MyFootballClub rapidly fell apart?

Leyton Orient have rejected a bid from Charlton Athletic for Ethan Galbraith.

The offer is believed to be around £1.3 million pounds for former Manchester United man who has been watched by a number of Championship clubs this season.

Swansea also been showing an interest…

Shows the value of trying to make some of the loan deals permanent. Worked for us with Whiteman. Galbraith ended up going on a free from Manchester United after we’d played a key role in his development, but it’s Leyton Orient that benefit the most as they took him on a contract. I wish we’d done it more.

It’s a really good idea but you can’t force players to sign for a club if they don’t want too

Same will happen with TLT this coming season when he has a successful loan with us.

We all thought he was the dog’s b*llocks when we had him on loan from Man City, but the Welsh midfielder Matt Smith vol.1 has just signed for Newport County on a permanent.

I’m surprised by that. I assumed he would go to a Championship team and probably down South.
