I can’t attend this weekends match as I am away. Do the club still reimburse/ credit missed matches? I’m sure I remember them doing something along those lines.

Just done it myself as I’m away on holiday on Saturday - you just need to email tickets@clubdoncaster.co.uk at least 24hrs before the game. Hope that helps

What a mish mash of replies. Can someone please explain in detail how this works, because I've never even heard of it.

I can't see the club forking money out each week for ST holders that don't attend; of which there are usually several.

You are allowed to miss so many games and be credited Steve.
It tells you the ins and outs somewhere in the season ticket details.

They sort out the rest and credit your account half of your cost for the game.
If your ST works out at £14 a game you get £7 credited to your account and you get this off of next years ST

You can miss upto 5 games which they credit a certain amount to your account. You can get programmes with the credit. You also have to notify the ticket office by email no less than 24 hours prior to the match you can’t attend.

BTW, does this exist anywhere else?
I couldn't get to 3 matches last year, I didn't claim, it's a great offer really. I find it an unusual offering typically this wouldn't exist with hugely discounted products bought upfront. I wonder how much the club lose on this offer a year, and if everyone knew about it.

It gets me buying and renewing each year knowing I will miss a couple. It's a good idea especially that it's not traded for cash but on affectively next season's season ticket.

You can also use it towards hospitality etc. That is what we do as a bit of a treat. The club usually wins on that as we end up paying more for meals etc but it's a nice change.

Terry is essentially subsidising STs which is why they are so cheap- for those that can afford it it seems a bit tight to me to claim a credit for missing the odd game

On STs we were told they can offer these prices because of the income that club Doncaster makes
