VAR On Tuesday?
« on August 26, 2024, 08:42:31 am by Crowle Rover »
Do we know if VAR will be used on Tuesday night with it being played at a Premier League ground?

I know they use it in the FA Cup when the home team is in the top division.

Hope not, it would give an advantage to everton IMO who are used to playing with VAR.

Not sure I would agree - even at our level the linos don’t flag for offsides straight away, so the players are used to playing on.  As for decisions on penalties or red cards, the actions take place anyway, it’s only the outcomes affected by VAR.

I’m not sure about that.
Why would it benefit Everton?

I presume the goal line tech will be used though?

Marginal gains, they know what they can get away with or not.
Just my opinion .
