Newport down to 8 men.

I believe that if Newport go down to 7 (or less!) players then the game is abandoned!

I stand to be corrected, of course.

From the F.A. Laws of the Game, Law 3:
1. Number of Players
A match is played by two teams, each with a maximum of eleven players; one must be the goalkeeper. A match may not start or continue if either team has fewer than seven players.

Good result - invited it on a bit and Gills took encouragement from that.  Thought that Bailey and Moly disappeared a bit second half, but great result and onwards and upwards..

Worked hard for that win. Should have been more than 1 but 3 points well earned. TSL had very little to do.

Three points in the bag.  Doesn’t sound like a great second half but a win is a win.!

Great result, think some underestimate the hard work that was needed for that, and not many players would have scored with a finish like that with his back to goal ,Im so Happy,so Happy!  :scarf: :scarf: :scarf: :woohoo: :woohoo:

A good ground out win. I thought Gillingham were absolutely toothless up front, they don't appear to have addressed the lack of goals issue they had last season.

Agreed, they are dangerous from set pieces but lack any sort of cutting edge from open play.
