Bromley v Notts co.

Blimey, if you think we were bad at Harrogate, I'm just watching our competition at the top of the league. Notts have had a nightmare start, 2 goals down in 5 mins.
Poor defending for the first, and then the Notts goalie plays a stupid half assed straight ball to Bromley's forward 20 yards from goal, the nips forward and slots it past the hapless Notts goalie. They've been terrible this opening 10 mins.
Just as I post this Notts Co. have been awarded a soft penalty. Definitely a peno though. Converted 2-1

The result doesn't alter the fact Notts Co. had a shocking start, they were all over the place and were 2-0 down before they knew what hit them, self inflicted of course. Fair play to them they settled and started to play, the peno was a definite, and second half they were the much better team. Well done them, I'd like us to hammer teams after going 2 behind.

Last season they were awesome for the first half of it. Hope that happens again or they are serious contenders this season

Notts County will be serious contenders this season.
They have goals from all areas of the team.
Defensively they are stronger this season although I think they like us will concede quite a few.

My daughter’s boyfriend is a Notts County fan and we’re both hoping that the last game of the season when we meet is a promotion party. Tbf, as long as it’s one for us I don’t really care!!   :boxing: :boxing:
