We got behind their full backs at will today.
Hard to believe we didn’t score more than three goals.

Full credit to TSL for keeping a clean sheet with that save at the end.

I'd be livid if we conceded that 3rd goal.

Full credit to TSL for keeping a clean sheet with that save at the end.

Think the lino flagged for offside anyway but credit to the players for putting their bodies on the line for the clean sheet regardless.

Yeah a lot of their fans grumbling about offside for goal 1, it's tight, just level for me but var may have gone for his shoulder off?

The scramble was definitely offside.  Great goals though.

Looked off the first goal but what an exquisite run and ball. Was it Moly with the pass?

Watch the video.

He's way past the final defender when he goes out of shot. And it's another half a second at least before the pass is played.

It's not remotely close.

I paused it as he plays the pass. Guy in the middle is deeper. Pause it and see what you think (realistically it's too tight for the frame rate to be accurate enough).

Seen the video several times, paused it as the ball was released, as shown in the pic.

May have been ruled out with VAR admittedly.

Not 5 yards off though is he?

Very tight and too difficult to tell from the one camera angle. Certainly not miles off though.

Best I could do is screenshot it at the same point BB did. That’s just after the ball has left Moly’s boot, and Gibson is leaning to make the run and from that angle maybe his shoulder is just off, but if you were level with it, it might look even closer. Lino obviously gave the benefit of the doubt.

The cut on the pitch shows very clearly Gibbo is onside.  The defender in the middle of the pitch is five yards nearer to the goal in that shot posted by BB.

For a change a good call from linesman and referee! In normal speed, looks offside but then slow it down or freeze frame it and he’s level, which is onside.

Tight, but right call for me.

Their left sided centre back is playing him on, looking at that still.

Very brave goalkeeping in that scramble

I think you’re looking at a completely different goal

5 yards? each shaded stripe is 6 yards. The lean is what goes against Gibson. It’s close that’s for sure.

If we had footage that could break it down by frame i'm saying he was onside.

The image's we do have leads us in that direction already.

Alright, alright.

Hand up from me.

I was tired and emotional when I posted that last night.

It's much closer than I thought. I was having trouble focussing.
