Referee: Zak Kennard-Kettle.
Assistants: Wayne Grunnill and Stephen Wade.
4th official: Stephen Rushworth.

Before anyone asks, he is the son of Trevor Kettle.

Leaving aside the whole Kettle family thing, my biggest issue was his inexperience. He made one or two really good decisions and tried to manage the game without using his cards for as long as he could.

Referees have got to start somewhere and everyone has a first game. (We do seem to get quite a lot wearing metaphorical L- or P- plates.) However if this is the case,  it would be good to have an experienced Referee as 4th official.

All that said,  it wasn't his fault that Rovers lost.

I thought he was okay, better by far than many we have had.
