I'll start with I'll beat a hedgehog anyone beat that ?, might  change it to my twin the sloth.

Well I could easily run non stop to halfway but no way could I beat an elephant, rhino, giraffe, German shepherd or a cat.
I reckon a hedgehog is beatable though.
Over fifty yards I should be able to beat a snake.

Agree with this. I've had 3 German Shepherds, one of them chased a chav on a motorbike on Broddy pit. Absolutely gobsmacked and impressed by the sheer pace of that dog.

My Rottweiler is no slouch either, no way ard you outrunning these kind of dogs.

My current one is my fourth, over 40 odd years.  Fantastic dogs.

Some snakes are bloody quick Hound. Your o ky chance of outrunning a mamba for example is if there's a hill in your back garden. Kraits are fast too. And both are chuffing deadly

I was going to post that too. I remember some interviewer talking to an old gnarled bloke in the swamps somewhere in Australia , and what to do if a "Salty" or salt water Crocodile were to charge them right then

The old guy said " mate , you just have to make sure you outrun it or you are dead " and the Interviewer said " well I get that but with respect surely all I have to do is outrun YOU"

Although not an animal, think the fastest I’ve had to run away from something was a swarm of wasps! Only got stung the 3 times and one of them was right next to my ballsack!
