A fella who looks like he’s been picked up from the local pub with a nuclear warhead of a long throw causing all sorts of issues. I love these early rounds.

Herbie Kane on for the udders! Blast from the past. Have to admit, I thought he’d be playing higher than this level - a sub for a league one outfit!

I keep thinking it’s only a matter of time before Hudds win this but we’re into the 75th minute ……

Come on Tamworth!

It's a dreadful game, that long throw is a horrible tactic!
Huddersfield are absolutely toothless though.

Michael Duff before the game:

“We just want to get in here, get the job done and get out”.

Well he got the last bit right.

Non-League Tamworth beat League One Huddersfield.

If they did it by scoring a goal from a long throw and repelling all Huddersfield attacks then they deserve it.
The Huddersfield fans’ forum is in melt-down

That's peak football. Sod all this premier league, step over, one touch passing, ballon d'Or b*llocks. This is what it's all about. Some bald bloke from down the local hoying in a long throw from 30 odd yards, and the pro keeper flapping it into his own net. He'll probably be celebrating with a Ruddles. Lovely stuff.

Huddersfield are absolutely toothless though.

In the distant past I played in a team who had a long throw expert.
When he launched the ball it came in like a ball that was kicked, not one of those loopy ones that we see so often.
It was a great tactic to use and created loads of scoring opportunities.
Defenders hated having to deal with it.

Beautiful! I do hope someone has a cardboard FA Cup wrapped in tin foil at Barrow today.

I am still thinking that the keeper might have got his touch to the ball AFTER it crossed the line in which case the goal shouldn’t have counted.
