Just got married to my friends daughter Mica Rollins.
Loved watching Fej up front for us, and I wish them both good health and happiness as they move to Egypt to start their married life together. Congratulations to Mica and Fejiri.

I don't know Bob, just got the info he had got married to his daughter and were settling in Egypt from my friend. I'll try to find out if he's retired from the game.

Sorry, but he's a nice guy, but he was no where near the level we needed at the time.

Ironside is lightyears ahead of fej.

Yeah, he was obviously miles off the required standard because in his first 12 months our league record in L1 when he played was only (checks notes)

He was a completely different type of striker to Ironside, apples and oranges.

Nudga, was Erroll part of a 90's band...can't remember which band it was, but I seem to recall some connection. He was 3 years above me at DV and like you say, a good guy.

He's done all sorts mate, he's played for Belinda Carlisle and I think The Human League at some point.

He's had a very good career. You dont have to be well known to have a good career in music.

That's right. BB and Wolfie are a fantastic duo with the spoons. They just never got discovered.

That's true, we should have taken up Yates's offer when they approached us a few years back. We might have had a better chance of being discovered in a more upmarket pub chain.

You'd be amazed how many unknown "session musicians"  earn a decent living out of music I know I did working for the BBC depping in the West End shows, various recordings  and with the cover band I played with. However loads don't you just really need that one job where you do a decent job depping your names remembered and word spreads your ok thats when the phone starts ringing. However make a hash of that one job and your names remembered also :)

I know your a bit thick, but even you might be able to see those stats are despite him, and not because of him.

Just imagine how good they would have been if we had a better striker at the time.

Erroll Rollins is just a brilliant drummer who continues to have an amazing career in music, he and his siblings Winston and Dennis are well
known up and down the country
performing with some star names out there.
My family, the Emmerson's along with the Rollins and the Carline's have been fortunate enough to have been blessed with the talent to be able to make music our chosen career path, and I'm fortunate enough to regard both of those families as friends.

Yes a very talented family. I grew up with them in the 70s. Have memories seeing the brothers breakdancing in town on a sheet of lino with a ghetto blaster.
Son Jay is at Worksop Town, though a bad injury now. Erroll's a pretty decent cyclist now as well and we often gets out and about on the bikes. Lovely family.

People don’t even have to be musicians to make a good living from the music industry.
Many on here won’t be aware that 30 years ago I used to manage three Bananarama girls.
Obviously as I am in my seventies now, i can only manage one of them.
