What would you say?

I'll go first seeing as it's my idea.

I would say, purely as an unqualified observer, "Why don't you have Moly and Gibson swapping wings sporadically, It would cause havoc?"

Well they have done in the past but, when they have, has it resulted in them getting better quality crosses in?

Maybe they're reluctant to do it cos they think it reduces the chances of them scoring by cutting inside??

Agree though, it does seem a more obvious thing to do more often.

Sometimes you could also send Ironside out wide (as SO'D did with McCammon) with Moly, Gibson or Hurst going inside.

I'd ask him to use tactical stoppages more often when things start going wrong. Just to make sure we reset and remind players what they should be doing.

Is it time to let moly have time on bench as grant did to a player earlier in the season so he can gain a prospective of the game from a different view and understand why he hasn’t been effecting the game as much

As Gibson will be out, Moly on the left and Emmanuel on the right...with two main objectives...by line and box.

Just keep the same formation as today, swap hurst for Gibson as he’s suspended, and let’s have a bit of continuity. We played well today, that team will get better n better

Why would you play Moly on the left when he can’t beat a man on the outside?

I would ask his thinking behind renewing both Close and Westbrooke, then remind him there are a lot of us still behind him and to keep going.

I would tell him.he is doing a fantastic job, he is the best manager outside of the Premiership, that I have absolute faith in him getting us promoted and not to care a jot about the miserable pessimists who are criticising him.

Because our crossing ability looks so good.

To make sure we get the ball forward quickly, to make sure all opposing defenders are running backwards to their goal, as opposed to having the time to get everyone back behind the ball.
This is the main reason why we them can’t break teams down.
This is a consistent problem at home.

Has occurred in some away games, but Bradford was a great example of getting the ball forward quickly.

I’d just say it’s L2 let’s trust ourselves and not overcomplicate the game. Get a settled team don’t get hung up on having loads of possession for the sake of it and if we fancy having 2 strikers on the pitch 442 is a legitimate option.

Please stop changing the team and tactics every single week with different systems. We aren't Man City

If this is a serious question then I would just thank him for his work at the club , compliment him on his , positivity , his ambition and his sincerity .I would add that I personally dont see any better threesome than  TB , GB and GM to take up onward and upwards .
From a football point of view I can’t imagine he does not see exactly what spectators see in individuals performance levels .

I would ask. Why do we take a player out of the penalty area to stand next to the corner taker which serves no useful purpose.

I'd say keep going Grant it's obvious there is more to come out of this Team, a couple of more signings could ignite another good 2nd half season run.
Only numpties can't see it.

Why are you repeating the same mistakes as last season .. not having enough fire power upfront and having to go elsewhere to look for ??

I am sure Josh Emmanuel's contract runs out 30/06/2025.

It was reported at the time as a “short term” deal which would suggest to me that it was half a season, surely a one year deal would have just been reported as a one year deal.

“Grant, would you consider playing a 60+ year old in midfield?”.
