In his career stretching back to 2011 he has only reffed us three times and we have won one, drawn one and lost one.
The win was a 3-0 at Yeovil in 2017 so we haven’t crossed paths for a while.
He averages three and a half bookings per game so not as card happy as many we have had recently.

I'll risk a 1 at HT

Pedantic , picky .

McCann must wonder when we are going to get a Ref that isn't looking to be the star of the show , or is competent

It's not today on.that showing

Edit ... clearly missed a hand ball in 6 yard box for a Rovers penalty

No help from Lino

I thought the ref was bang on today. I’ll rate him as high as 4!

I also thought he was decent, considerably better than most of the ones we get.
He appeared to be chatting to, and having an occasional laugh, with the players.
Just a bit harsh in booking Olowu who I thought made no contact with their player who fell over.

He was an upgrade on what we've had recently.  I agree regarding the Olowu booking though.  Very harsh. It's a 3.

I thought he was OK apart from his use of yellow cards.  Olowu's was wrong and Street was taken out by their centre half minutes before his yellow for an almost identical foul.

If I had to vote at the game it would have been a one, however thinking about it on the drive home I thought he was actually quite decent other the first half cards (theirs included) so gave him a 3 which is unheard of
