Its not easy to navigate at all, tickets been on sale since 9am but can’t find them

One for the owners meeting tonight, because there have been problems at every special game.

I’m getting an error saying the 60+ price is not set and I have to change it, but I can’t find where to change it

Just bought 5 in the ticket office the telephone/computer system seemed to be struggling PS 5 season ticket holders

I can't find a 'reservations' option on my account so I'm struggling at the moment

I eventually found the 'reserved tickets' option - contrary to the instructions it is under the 'DRFC' tab, not under my name.
The Palace ticket was there but when I've tried to purchase it I got an error message and now the ticket has disappeared!

I'll go and do something else with my day as I've wasted half an hour on this.

I refreshed and they my ticket was there, purchased and all good now but for the first 45 mins it wasnt there.

I’ve got mine. The way I did it was go on the tickets part of the website. Click on the little person icon in the top right corner. Then click on where it says personal details. It had an alert that said we have reserved tickets for you or something along those lines. That brought up the ones I could buy. Tick the little box to the left of the reserved ticket then press proceed . That put them in my basket and then I went to proceed to checkout.

Lovely thanks, it just happens to be a day off for me, so much easier to do it now, and discuss the issue with other fans having the same issue, not that it’s your business anyway
