Tuesday

At home to Bradford

Away at Wimbledon

Tuesday

At home to TLoD

Saturday

Away at Tranmere

Thursday

Not a bad set of fixtures there!

Tickets for both home and away fans limited at Bromley as one side closed as they build a new stand.

I was thinking about going to this and was waiting to see how my work panned out. Decision taken out of my hands so I need to fill the Tuesday and Wednesday with a couple of jobs.

Just hope I can get salford tickets.

Dangerous game for us this one, did a job on us at home & they didn't have their top scorer Cheek on the pitch. Play to their strengths so will be tough. Then again I watched them away at Salford & they looked out on their feet around 80 minutes.

I know we shouldn't get too concerned about other teams' results, but my 'eck we could do with a Bromley win tonight.

Norfolk in Chance - you usually have to score at least one goal to win

Think they have a chance tonight. Don’t see Bradford going there aye rolling them over easily. Certainly couldn’t back Bradford.

Sarcevic is more than red hot

Bradford have conceded 1 goal in 8 league matches - lost 1-0 to Wimbledon away

and Bradford have patented the 1-0 win

even when down to ten

"Ten-man promotion-challengers Bradford City were held to a goalless draw at Newport County.

Defender Jack Shepherd saw red in the 17th minute after bringing down ...""

Bromley are absolutely stuffed with loanees and in better recent form than I thought after the Salford collapse

but can they get a goal ??

On the other hand, Bradford have won only 3 away games this season and sit 14th in the away league table.

That’s right. Bradford are where they are because of their incredible home form. They have lost one game at home all season.

On the subject of "good home form" As I said i watched the second half of Sunderland v Hull - I didn't know Sunderland were unbeaten at home all season when I tuned in.

On the final whistle I heard a load of booing and thought what morons parading as fans here. But at least they stayed until the end.   :headbang:

At the start of the season  I would guess according to the bookies they would be no better than say 12th favourites

Bradford 1 up.

Walsall we’re winning 2-0 up to the 90th minute and ended up drawing 2-2 (George Miller with Cheltenham’s first)

Bradford are only two points ahead of us and there is still over a quarter of the season to go, and we have to play them again.
The Cheltenham comeback won’t do anything for Walsalls confidence either.

I watched the Bromley game last night and their sole tactic was to lump it forward and hope someone gets on the end of it and although there seemed very few footballers in the side they are just the sort of side the Rovers struggle to break down.

I consider that game was our best performance so far this season!

That home defeat against Grimsby & that ‘crazy’ result away at Chesterfield have really hurt us despite the much needed wins away at Morcambe & Accrington.

I firestick ed the Bromley v Bradford game ( from abroad so you can’t lock me up ) .My impressions only ,as opposed to concentrated observations , Bromley were overwhelmed by Bradford’s incessant harrying .Smallwood was as significant to Bfrd as Wellens used to be for us , a real energetic , get stuck-in midfield General .Yet the result was only 0-1 which showed how you have to fight hard to make small margins work in your favour .

Next up, Bradford away at Salford(Not easy for Bradford so would love a draw)

Notts Co away at Fleetwood who also won last night.(Draw or Fleetwood would be great)
Port Vale away at Tranmere (likely away win but a draw better)
Walsall home to Swindon (Could go either way)
Wimbledon home to Bromley (Home win probably)

Two of these will be played before we kick off so any slip from Bradford or Vale will be well received!

We’ve got to worry about ourselves not others, Wimbledon, Bradford and Walsall all have to come to the Eco - if we can tighten up at home we’ll be fine

Totally agree, those 3 games could make or break our season, so it’s vital we sort out our home form. We have 3 home games which on paper are against lesser opposition before we get to the first of those games, thus important we win these 3 to boost confidence of the team.

Very unlikely we’d win 8 in a row though, so 6 wins out of 8 can’t of hurt us that much
