Crap for Wimbledon fans who may have bought train tickets that now arrive late to the game

This is getting ridiculous now.

What about the people who bought season tickets / flexi tickets on the premise that games would be at 3pm and can’t go otherwise because of morning work, family or sport commitments?

I know it was obvious some wouldn’t be 3pm because of the sky deal and the 3pm blackout but it was never specified by the EFL they would be 12:30 k/o’s rather than say a 17:30 like the premier league can get.

It was specified in the deal in fairness and well publicised.

Not a prayer Bradford kicks off at 3pm either. Wouldn't surprise me if that ends up Thursday night for example.

I said a while back that fixtures will be changed at late notice to suit Sky and it is already starting.
Be ready for it.

Does the money we get in league two really justify the change in time and dates when it can actually effect gates over the season.
I am for 3pm kick offs like it used to be.

This was nailed on currently 3rd v 4th. Having said that with most league 2 matches on sky and the fact there's 6 other games and usually a BT prem game at 12.30. Who on earth is watching it bar supporters of the 2 teams involved?

I think it's a poor business move by sky. I bet the extra subscriptions didn't outweigh the money paid out.

Anyone who only wants to watch their team on Tele plugs a fire stick in these days and surely sky know that.

So let’s hear the answer from the club please.
My assumption ( makes an ass out of you and me of course) is that the club is being paid very good money by Sky. If so we take it on the chin knowing our club can sign better players and be economically sound…. If not….
Bet there is no answer….

Selections for matches scheduled after the first weekend in March will be made by the broadcasters on a four-week rolling basis starting from February 1 (e.g. a selection for the first weekend in April will be selected in the first weekend in March).

Nobody - not one single supporter - asked for all this. Or indeed as far as I can gather, was asked for their opinion.

Well that’s me screwed.
I work in Scunthorpe and get 1 in 6 Saturdays off and this is not one of my days off.
I finish at 2.15 and can usually get there for kick off.
Going to miss potentially a defining game of the season.
Thanks Sky.

One of the few we can get to this season, and I’ve already cashed in the last of our multi-game package to go.

Due to work, we couldn’t make a rearranged time for the preceding Thursday or Friday, but anything Saturday, Sunday, or even the Monday evening would work.  Keeping fingers crossed.!

I thought the 3pm blackout was to protect the smaller clubs.
But all it does is result in them moving the kick off times to get round it.

We get the worst of both worlds.
f**k sky tv !

Stop getting your knickers in a twist. I accepted some years ago that we, the supporters, are the last to be considered where Sky is involved. They do what they want, and we have to accept the crumbs thrown to us.
I live in hope that one day, Sky will go bust or find another plaything rather than football.

It Takes me 5 hours to get my DISABLED wife up , showered,  fed, toiletries etc and because of the DRFC RULES about closing the inner carpark 30 minutes prior to the match being played, and living in South Lincoln we have to allow 2 and 1/4 hours for driving which includes said 30 minutes.

So for the usual KO times of

3pm .......we get up at 7.45am,  breakfast 9.30am with a small lunch at 11.15am then leave home at 12.45pm. (no problem.)

7.45pm... we can get up at 9am and leave home at 5.30pm. (no problem even if a 7.30pm KO)

AGAIN a 12.30pm means we HAVE to get up at 6.45am, breakfast 8.30am....no chance of brunch leave at 10.15am DAMN RIDICULOUS !!

My wife needs 10 hours "sleep" ( with 3 or 4 toilet needs through that time)

I can work through those toilet needs , but please know its certainly NOT FUN getting her to bed the night before at the latest of 8.45pm............this for a.........12.30pm KO

Damn hard work for silly KO times .....that the Football League forget about with TRUE Supporters
