Ye God's!

That is very, very sobering. Another aspect of the ills of capitalism as it has been practised. The conclusion that pretty well the whole of Europe, North America and parts of south east Asia are on the road to worse than mediocracy is both obvious and shattering. No wonder the far sighted, long game Chinese, as usual, abandoned their one child policy a few years back. They really do look like  they're going to inherit the world don't they?
