Cole Stockton, 6 yds out took a deflection and wrong footed the keeper. Very entertaining game. Salford are certainly not gonna be a pushover next Tuesday,  good team. H-T 0-1.

Puts Salford right back in the playoff mix which makes Tuesday more difficult, but makes it a mountain to climb for County to stay in contention and could mean they don’t have anything to play for come the final game of the season. Wouldn’t mind a late Notts equaliser and a Grimsby win tomorrow which would be very deflating for Salford.

If it gives Salford encouragement to come at us, I think that’s a good thing and we can pick them off.

He was a handful at home, I think he made a couple of challenges and the crowd were baying for his sending off before he got subbed. Tricky player though.

Notts look like they are fairly average with a couple of good strikers. Salford very good on the counter.
