When the players were so close to the fans.
Seeing all the lads on the booze in the Sal, and around donny on Saturday night was ace.
Billy crowd surfing, big tom downing pints, mcgrath starting songs  and all the players just having a great time with the fans .
Was great to see and be a part of.

Absolutely zero chance the pre Madonna Liverpool players did that with the fans.

I had to take the grandson home to Thorne after the game but gutted I didn't get the train back into town. I'd heard there might be summat happening in the Sal but didn't realise that it was gonna be like that, I hope there's summat similar happening when we're champions, feel like I've missed out massively.
