Could the supporters help pay to get Rob Street

Crowd funding to buy a player is an interesting concept but I am not sure of the legalities. Suppose we bought RS for 500 k and then sold him for 2 million would the investors get a profit share ? If so it ceases to be charity but becomes an investment, albeit quite speculative. Given that there are a lot of us who probably have better knowledge of DRFC matters than we do about the stock markets it just might be a concept that could work.

We will get an increase of £ 600,000 in TV fees .However Lincoln paid £400.000 for Rob Street  he has three years to run on his  existing contract with them .That is a big ask to expect us to buy that deal out!

Reminds me O’Neil Donaldson in the days of the Firestarter! , he was rubbish we loaned him to Mansfile he bagged,5/6 in 7 games Mr es, Mansfield offered us£15 k and we sold him to Wendy’s for £100k where he disappeared into obscurity!
