Bit of a concern and a shame he feels he needs to rearrange his holiday plans, as he deserves a break. .Grant likes to have his core of players in place so that they’re there when pre-season starts & the ‘new players’ can integrate with the group asap.It would be more of a concern to me if he was to ‘swan off’ on holiday for 3 weeks & we missed out on targeted players because the manager wasn’t available to ‘sell’ the way he envisioned them fitting into the way he wants his team to play & how he saw their role within the team.I don’t think Grant will ‘rest’ until we’re an established Championship club such is the man’s drive & determination to get the club where he perceived it should be the day he was offered the post again.
