Seem to remember a fair few of our fans went up to the away end to applaud their supporters during the usual pitch invasion. Cracking atmosphere, just about a perfect evening. Sod's reaction to Copps goals was priceless

Don't think I've ever seen a hat trick of goals that good could easily have put any of the 3 up for a goal of the season debate that was the night many a rovers fan will never forget, and probably the same for Southend they had a whale of a time in that away end always had a massive respect for their fans after that just made the most of their time in South Yorkshire

Southend were 3-1 down to Rochdale last night and came back to win in extra time to go to the playoffs final
