if Orient win their play-off final all four of our previous managers have gained promotions this season. Sod's law, Chester have just been awarded a penalty.

Technically he and McSheffrey were head coaches, not managers, so the OP is correct I think!

Although McSheffrey is a coach at the Blades, so he could also get promoted too.
