It is supposed to be so younger fans can attend and get home in time for bed for school the next day. Cheap games encouraging families to attend. Not a bad idea.

I remember Rovers having a lot of 7.15 kick offs in the late 50s early 60s. Probably because of the crap floodlights. We had some 2.15 Saturday kick offs as well.

I wish all night games were 7.00pm kick offs. It would save me getting home after midnight, but I’d settle for 7.15.
