a draw at 88 minutes seems the order of the day - it would be unfunny if we lost both Easter matches to late goals

I think you all know by now that I thought we were lucky to win our first two league matches of the season with late goals. Last season it was our 14th match until we got a late winner.

Then when our reserves beat Middlesbrough 4-0 away and I wasn't fooled by yet another "funny" to the extreme result . GOOD JOB WE DON'T HAVE TO PLAY THEM AGAIN or it would be a cricket score.

So I decided to effectively "contract out" of selections  this season and because I refuse to go for a loss - sit on the fence all season and go for a draw every match. I did once allow myself to tip a win at Stevenage -when I seriously thought we would win and we drew that !!!!.

on READING the form book - it NOW shows we have now (surprisingly to some ) somehow lost the reverse matches against Mansfield & Exiter -
which to future form book readers would query whether our transcient early season form was "beginners luck" like I thought.

it's a funny old world I watched Lincoln against injury hit Wimbledon(with both strikers out injured) and they were the equals of Lincoln til that 87th minute scrambled goal. Today they get hammered 3-0 at home to Luton.

They have got 1 point out of the last 18  they play Burton away Stockport & Plymouth home Wigan away Huddersfield & they could be our saviours to keep us up if 53 points are needed and they get 52

Reading the form book suggests a draw against the Royals (Andrew is suspended) or the biscuit men as I prefer to call them
