The new Membership Platform is now officially.... Open!

Hi everyone.

Even though we've already given everyone a sneak peek it was coming this week, the new Trust membership system is now live.

You can access it at https://membermojo.co.uk/drfc-vsc/ or by clicking the button on the left side of this page which says "Join the VSC"

It has been a huge effort in collating and cleansing member data across a number of legacy systems to populate the new systems, and we don't think it's 100% correct by any means. If you are already a VSC member then please try logging in to the new system with your email address. If we don't hold the email address you currently use - and we know many of the email addresses we have are very old (I'm not sure when the ISP Blue Yonder went out of business but I'm guessing it was about 20 years ago) - then please email secretary@drfc-vsc.co.uk with your name and new email address and we can update the system so you can get access.

And it goes without saying, if you aren't a VSC member yet then please feel free to join. It's only £12 a year to be part of the Trust, and own a part of the club

I cannot believe how well this system has been received by everybody, certainly performed so much better than we expected!

But we are still lacking email addresses from some of our earliest members. If you cannot log into the system at all then that means we either have no email address or the one we have is incorrect. Give it a try and let us know!

Do I need to use my membership number to complete the sign in if so where do I find this as my PayPal account that I use to pay for my subscription with doesn’t have a copy of my number only my payment records .

My direct debit went out today as it does every year so I’m sorted.

So I renewed as instructed, using the portal, and then my direct debit has also gone today? Will the DD return and be closed?

Hi,

If you have a standing order in place you do not need to renew your membership, just check your details and make sure we have your email address. When the SO goes through you should get an acknowledgement but only if we hold a correct email address.
