What else  could they do it’s their problem to sort !!

So you don’t think it’s been dealt with well ? Apologies if it takes something away from your agenda to have a pop at the club every week.

I have a physical card (requested over the phone) and all was fine with mine.
Scanned first time so no problems.

Same here, scanned with no problems.

Les, since I wrote my post (that you quoted above) I have found out that none of the physical cards worked.
The turnstile operators apparently just allowed people with a card to go through.

Les, have you replaced that card with a new one? If you haven't, you seriously need to, mate, or you'll be held up at the turnstiles on Saturday.

None of the physical cards worked at the Exeter Game, they all need re issuing as digital or replacement physical.  The turnstile operators were aware of this very early on Saturday and just viewed the cards to allow entry.  The only cards that scanned properly were the digital ones.  Many thanks to those that have already contacted us.

non of them worked on Saturday the staff scanned them and just let you in by all accounts

Snap. Got a quick reply to my first one on Friday but have sent two more (Friday and Monday) with no response.

Edit: Just noticed that my subsequent emails only went to Donna and not the main ‘tickets@‘ address. Have resent to both addresses so will see if I get a reply. Live in Coventry and can’t get to Doncaster much before kick-off on Saturday so would like the new one to be posted out to me.
