Yes it is the same one but they always record a podcast before the live show so there were a few different stories during the live show.

I listened to it a week or so ago. Some fairly interesting insights into the experiment era. Parkinson actually outlined the model explicitly because he was also part of it. Players on 15, 20 grand per week at their parent clubs, but who were being pushed out, were paid 2k by Rovers, essentially putting them in the shop window. Massive splits among the players who came in vs the incumbent players. Some of the 'experiment' players didn't show up for training - they mentioned Habid Baye who apparently turned up only an hour before an away game at Southampton. Apparently Saunders largely sided with the experiment players.
